Terms of Service

IPman provides a virtual private network that lets you route your internet connection through our servers. Features, server locations, and plan limits may change over time.

Access is granted by pairing a device with a one-time pair code linked to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for keeping your pair codes and paired devices secure. You may unpair a device or delete your account at any time from within the app.

Paid plans grant access for the stated duration and data quota. Quotas and expiry are enforced automatically. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated and used.

You agree not to use IPman to:

• break any applicable law or the rights of others;
• send spam, launch attacks, distribute malware, or attempt to compromise networks or systems;
• interfere with, overload, or abuse the service or other users; or
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that threatens the integrity or security of the service.

We work to keep IPman available and performant, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, or that any particular server or location will always be reachable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPman and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using IPman and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service, or your access, where necessary to comply with law, protect the service, or enforce these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The effective date is shown above.
